How the Software Works - Step by Step Guidelines

Open SysTools PDF Bates Numberer. For that, go to the Start menu » Programs » SysTools PDF Bates Numberer » SysTools PDF Bates Numberer. Software will display the screen shown below:

Now, choose the PDF files on which you want to stamp the Bates number. To select PDF files, click on Add File(s) or Add Folder button as shown in the red marked area below:

  • Add File(s) - This option allows to select single PDF file at a time.
  • Add Folder - This option allows to select multiple PDF files at a time inside one folder.

After choosing the option of ADD File(s) or Add Folder by clicking on the required button, you will see the following screen:

You have to select the PDF file(s) and click on the “Open” button. Just after you select the PDF files, software will automatically start loading those selected PDF files as shown under in the following screenshot:

After the selection of PDF files, you need to fill the entire information and manage selected PDF files as shown in below:

After filling the entire information, click on “Browse” button. Software will ask you to choose a location to save the PDF files as shown below:

Choose a location you desire to save the stamped PDF files and click “Ok”.

Now click on the "Generate" button for generating the Bates Number. After the stamping process completes, you will see the following image:

You can navigate location you selected for saving the files and find all your stamped PDF files.
