How the Software Works - Step by Step Guidelines

Open SysTools PDF Bates Numberer. For that, go to the Start menu » Programs » SysTools PDF Bates Numberer » SysTools PDF Bates Numberer. Software will display the screen shown below:

Click the Bates button from the toolbar to generate bates on PDF files as shown below in the red marked area:

After doing so, Software will display the following screen:

• Now you have to select an appropriate option to continue generating bates on PDF file which are as follow:
• Generate Bates Numberer - This option is used to generate bates number on PDF pages.
• Generate Bates Numberer for File Series - This option is used to generate bates number based on the combination of the series of PDF files as well as the pages inside each file.
• Print PDF - This option is used when you want to print the PDF pages on paper after generating bates number on them.
